Who we are

Veritral ("Veritral", "we", "us") is a business-to-business (B2B) technology provider for the iGaming industry. We supply software, APIs, platform modules and related services, including the Game Aggregator API, White Label, Sportsbook, Platform, Studio and Consulting, to licensed operators, agents and partners worldwide.

Veritral does not offer gambling services to players. Nothing on this website is an offer to play, and players should contact the operator they play with for any account matter.

Scope and your agreement

These terms apply to everyone who visits veritral.com and to business customers using our services. If you use our services under a separate written service agreement, order form or statement of work, that agreement governs the services and prevails over these terms where they conflict.

By using the website or the services, you confirm that you act on behalf of a business, that you are at least 18 years old and that you have authority to accept these terms for that business.

Services

We describe our products on this website for general information. Features, game content, provider availability, prices and integration details may change, and the exact scope of any service is set out in your service agreement or order.

Content and games from third-party providers are subject to those providers' own terms and to the availability rules they set for each market.

Accounts and access

Access to the customer portal (backoffice.veritral.com), staging environments and API credentials is provided to named business users. You must:

• keep usernames, passwords, API keys and other credentials confidential;
• make sure only authorised people use your accounts;
• tell us promptly through our support channels if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may use technical controls such as IP whitelisting, rate limits and authentication checks, and we may suspend access where this is reasonably needed to protect the services, other customers or players.

Operators' responsibilities and compliance

Each operator is solely responsible for its own business and for complying with the laws and regulations that apply to it, including:

• obtaining and maintaining every gambling licence and approval required in each jurisdiction where it offers services;
• deciding in which markets it operates and blocking players from markets where it is not permitted to offer gambling;
• age and identity verification, anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing obligations;
• responsible gambling measures, advertising and marketing rules, and player protection;
• data protection obligations towards its own players.

Our tools can support these obligations, but using Veritral's technology does not transfer them to us, and we do not give legal or regulatory advice unless agreed in writing.

Fees and payment

Fees, payment terms and any minimum commitments are set out in your service agreement or order. Prices shown on this website are starting prices for information and do not form an offer. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are payable by the methods and within the time stated on the invoice.

Acceptable use

You must not use the website or the services to:

• break any law or regulation, or help anyone else do so;
• offer gambling to minors or to players in jurisdictions where you are not permitted to operate;
• launder money, commit fraud or manipulate game outcomes;
• probe, scan, overload or attack our systems, or bypass security or usage limits;
• reverse engineer, copy or resell our software or content, except as your agreement allows;
• upload malicious code or content that infringes the rights of others.

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

Intellectual property

Veritral and its licensors own all rights in the website, the software, APIs, documentation, designs, trademarks and other materials we provide. Your service agreement gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services for its duration. Game content remains the property of the respective game providers.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve our services without obligation to you.

Website content and third-party links

Information on this website is provided in good faith for general information. We try to keep it accurate and current but do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free. Links to third-party websites, such as our live demo or help organisations, are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Subject to that, and unless your service agreement says otherwise:

• the website is provided "as is" and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on its general information;
• we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill;
• our total liability in connection with the services is limited as set out in your service agreement.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access to the website or to a service if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, if required by law or a regulator, or to protect the security of our systems. Termination of a paid service follows the notice and other terms of your service agreement.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws stated in your service agreement, and disputes are subject to the courts or dispute-resolution forum named there. Where no service agreement exists, mandatory consumer or local laws that cannot be excluded continue to apply.
