Veritral is a B2B provider and does not offer games to players directly. This page describes our approach, the tools we make available to operators and what we expect of our partners.
Our role as a B2B provider
Veritral supplies technology to licensed operators, agents and partners. We do not run casinos or sportsbooks, accept bets or hold player accounts. Responsibility for player protection lies with each operator under the licence and laws that apply in its markets. We support that responsibility by building our products so that operators can apply responsible gambling measures effectively.
Tools operators can use
Depending on the products and configuration chosen, operators can use our platform to support measures such as:
- deposit, loss, wager and session limits set by the player or by the operator;
- time-outs, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion, including blocking access across products;
- reality checks and session-time reminders;
- account history and transaction reporting for players and for the operator's compliance team;
- player segmentation and reporting that help identify signs of potentially harmful play;
- market and age restrictions, and integration with the operator's own verification and self-exclusion services.
Operators decide which measures to apply and must configure them to meet the requirements of their licence and jurisdiction.
Age requirement
Gambling is for adults only. Operators using Veritral technology must not allow anyone under 18, or under the higher minimum age set by local law, to gamble, and must carry out appropriate age and identity verification.
What we expect from partners
We expect every operator, agent and partner to:
- hold and maintain the licences required in each jurisdiction where they offer gambling;
- apply effective age verification, identity checks and anti-money-laundering controls;
- give players clear access to responsible gambling tools and to information about help services;
- market responsibly and never target minors or vulnerable people;
- act promptly on signs of harm and on self-exclusion requests.
We may suspend services to partners who do not meet these expectations.
Where players can get help
If you are a player and gambling is causing problems for you or someone close to you, free and confidential support is available:
- BeGambleAware: information, advice and support.
- GamCare: support, information and counselling, including a 24/7 helpline in the UK.
- Gamblers Anonymous: peer support meetings around the world.
For questions about your player account, limits or self-exclusion, please contact the operator you play with. As a B2B provider, Veritral cannot access or change player accounts.
