What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, work in a comparable way. They can be needed to make a site work, or used optionally, for example to measure how a site is used.
Strictly necessary
These are required for the site and the customer portal to work and are always active. They do not need your consent.
- Customer portal session (backoffice.veritral.com): a session cookie that keeps business users signed in to the customer portal and protects the session. It is set only when you sign in and expires when the session ends or you sign out.
- Consent choice (
vt_consent, stored in your browser's local storage on veritral.com): remembers whether you chose "Accept all" or "Necessary only", so we do not ask again on every page. It stays until you change your choice or clear your browser data.
Our servers may also record technical information, such as IP addresses, in security logs. This does not use cookies and is described in the Privacy Policy.
Analytics
With your consent, we may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use veritral.com, so we can improve it. These are only set after you choose "Accept all".
At present, no analytics or advertising cookies are active on veritral.com. If we introduce them, we will list each one here, including its provider and duration, before it is used, and it will run only with your consent.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Managing your choice
